Recently, there is good news from the 200MW feng shui complementary project of Wanjiazhai in Datang Qingshuihe! Since entering the site in early May, the XCMG XCA2600 wheel crane has been lifting one fan in an average of 3 days, with full horsepower and full efficiency.
The project plans to install 30 6.7MW wind turbines, which is currently the largest wind power model in western Inner Mongolia, and the "world's first crane" XCA2600 is expected to serve in the project until August this year. The height of the lifting fan is 110 meters, the impeller diameter is 191 meters, and the impeller weight is 139 tons, which not only needs to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, but also grasps the windy weather to quickly complete the splicing of the impeller and the engine room, and the lifting task is difficult and the time is tight.
"During the lifting process, the impeller can be safely lifted to an installation height of 110 meters in 17 minutes, and the advantages of XCMG's 2,600-ton crane disassembly and assembly are time-saving and efficient, and the advantages of fast and convenient rotation greatly improve the construction efficiency of the project." The person in charge of the on-site construction was full of praise for the "world's first crane".
The project is located in the northwest of Qingshuihe County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia, with an open area, but the surface ravines are vertical and horizontal, and the terrain is undulating mountainous and hilly, and the distance between the aircraft positions reaches 4 kilometers. The XCMG XCA2600 ton crane carries more than 300 tons of weight of all the main boom, outriggers and other complete machines, and efficiently and safely carries heavy loads, racing against time to promote the completion of the project.
It is understood that after the completion of the project, it can effectively drive the social and economic development of Qingshuihe County, and at the same time improve the energy structure of Inner Mongolia's power grid, which can save about 150,000 tons of standard coal consumption and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 400,000 tons per year, which is of great significance to Inner Mongolia to build a green, low-carbon, multi-energy complementary, safe and efficient modern energy system.
