Recently, in Hangjin Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, XCMG XLC18000 (1,350 tons) crawler crane made its debut at the hoisting site, assisting the smooth implementation of the 600,000-ton synthetic ammonia and 1.04 million-ton urea gasification plant filling and filling renovation projects.
The hoisting was carried out three times by XCMG XLC18000 crawler crane as the main hoist and XGC320 as the auxiliary crane.

During the hoisting process of the 280t gasifier, XCMG XLC18000 adopts the super-lifting light main arm 114m working condition, the super-lifting counterweight is 260t, the hoisting height is 75m, and the installation height is 52m.
XCMG XLC18000 crawler crane adopts large-section single-arm design and large single-rope tension steel wire rope.
