On the exhibition site, XCMG XSL20/1000 deep well drilling rig, XSC30/1300 vehicle-mounted deep well drilling rig, and XSM1800 digital modular drilling rig sand table became the "check-in points" of the Beijing International Exhibition Center.
XCMG XSL20/1000 deep well drilling rig has a tiltable power head, is equipped with a shackle device, can realize automatic rod loading, has a large stroke of 15.2m, and meets the drilling requirements of 9.6m oil standard drill pipes. XCMG XSC30/1300 deep well drilling rig adopts self-made special chassis with compact layout, meets the new national standard road driving requirements, and has low transportation cost; the combination of electro-hydraulic control on the car realizes automatic lifting and drilling, and high comprehensive drilling efficiency; comprehensive drilling parameters Monitoring and early warning, construction safety is guaranteed, it is the preferred equipment for mine emergency rescue, coal bed methane, and medium-deep geothermal resource exploitation.
The XSM1800 digital modular drilling rig adopts a modular design, which saves 60% of the time for installation and disassembly compared with conventional oil drilling rigs, and saves 50% of the number of drilling workers. The size of a single module can meet the requirements of mountain transportation. The equipment can preset drilling parameters before construction, and automatically generate various construction parameter reports.
