"Chaowen Tianxia" visiting the class | Chi Changjiang Railway Bridge, XCMG rotary excavation drilling rammed foundation platform!
On March 26, CCTV's "Chaowen Tianxia" reported on the construction of the Changjiang Railway Bridge in Chi Changjiang with the XCMG large-tonnage rotary drilling rig as the starting point.
The Chi Changjiang Public Railway Bridge is a control project of the Hefei-Chizhou intercity railway that is about to start construction, and after the completion and operation of the bridge, it will become the sixth public railway bridge crossing the Yangtze River in Anhui Province.
At the construction site in the middle of the river, about 380 meters away from the south bank embankment in the Chizhou section of the Yangtze River, with the rumbling start of a XCMG XR800HD large-tonnage rotary drilling rig, the first main pier of the Chi Changjiang Railway Bridge was successfully drilled, marking the full start of the main project of the bridge.
It is reported that the main pier No. 4 of the bridge was drilled on March 24, and the foundation used 77 bored piles with a diameter of 2.8 meters, the pile foundation was designed according to friction piles, and the weakly weathered silty mudstone was used as the holding layer, the design pile length was 112 meters, and the design concrete volume of a single pile was 689 cubic meters. Special geological and hydrological conditions and the construction characteristics of ultra-long and ultra-deep bored piles bring certain difficulties to the construction of pile foundations.
The XCMG rotary drilling rig needs to drill the depth of each pile foundation to 138.5 meters below the working platform surface, and the average completion time of each borehole is about one week, which meets the project requirements with high standards and high efficiency.
Prior to this, XCMG large-tonnage rotary drilling rig has "made great achievements" in the Anhui cross-river project, successfully participated in the construction of Maanshan Yangtze River Railway Bridge, Tongling Yangtze River Railway Bridge and other super bridge pile foundation operations, XCMG rotary drilling rig with the advantages of super torque, super large aperture, ultra-deep drilling to lay the pile foundation to the bottom of the river, so that the bridge in the river surface for a long time.
The south tower of the Chi Changjiang Railway Bridge is 274.5 meters high and the north tower is 282.5 meters high, both of which are beautiful space diamond-shaped reinforced concrete towers, which are known as "Sky Bridges". XCMG's large-tonnage rotary drilling rig drilled deep to ram the foundation platform and column frame for this "Sky Bridge", so that the Tianguan can change its path and help the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt!
