Recently, the entry-exit administration departments of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department and the Xuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau came to XCMG Group to take the initiative to provide XCMG Group with door-to-door service of "port visa invitation unit filing and registration", which is a new measure taken by the public security exit-entry administration department to optimize the business environment and help the development of enterprises.
After this filing and registration, if the foreign customers invited by XCMG enter the country due to urgent reasons, they can apply for a "visa on arrival" on their behalf after being reviewed and approved by the exit and entry administration department of the public security, and enter the country at any port in the three provinces and one city of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Shanghai.
According to reports, port visa is a special way for foreigners to apply for entry, and it is also a more common practice in the international community. Foreigners who need to enter the country urgently for humanitarian reasons, who are invited to enter the country to engage in emergency business, engineering emergency repairs, or have other emergency entry needs, and who hold supporting materials for applying for visas at ports agreed by the relevant competent departments, may apply upon approval.
As the largest construction machinery manufacturing and exporting enterprise in China, XCMG Group has continuously promoted the transformation and upgrading of the industry "high-end, intelligent, green, service-oriented and internationalized" in recent years, accelerated the global industrial layout, and continuously increased its product exports. In the face of the urgent needs of enterprise development, the public security exit and entry administration department took the initiative to visit the door, understand the needs of enterprises on the spot, explore "one-to-one" personalized service solutions, provide XCMG with foreign-related policy consultation, "green channel" and "zero distance" services, and work on-site, and handle port visa registration for XCMG on site.
